Summary

Join ReThem as a Market Intelligence & Enablement Strategist, serving as the central hub for competitive positioning, buyer insights, and sales readiness. This role blends strategic analysis with tactical execution, empowering teams with data-driven messaging and sales content. You will equip go-to-market (GTM) teams with the necessary tools and intelligence to confidently engage and convert prospects. By tracking market trends and refining positioning, you will help ReThem maintain a competitive edge. The position involves creating enablement collateral, collaborating with sales and customer success, and aligning messaging across teams. You will also monitor asset performance and iterate based on feedback. This role requires a strategic research mindset, a deep understanding of sales success factors, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years in a marketing strategy, sales enablement, product marketing, or competitive intelligence role—ideally within B2B SaaS or martech
  • Proven ability to dissect competitor strategies and distill findings into crisp, usable frameworks for GTM teams
  • Experience crafting enablement assets that boost sales effectiveness and align with different stages of the buyer journey
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, buyer journey mapping, and persona development
  • Strong communicator with experience facilitating cross-functional alignment and enablement sessions

Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured analysis of competitors’ messaging, campaign strategies, and sales assets to identify strengths, gaps, and differentiation opportunities
  • Synthesize findings into actionable briefs, battle cards, and positioning matrices for use by marketing and sales teams
  • Track emerging trends in the SaaS and marketing tech space, surfacing insights that inform product roadmaps and GTM pivots
  • Build and maintain high-quality enablement collateral including persona sheets, pitch decks, objection-handling guides, email snippets, and FAQs
  • Translate technical and product insights into messaging that’s intuitive, benefit-oriented, and stage-specific for the buyer journey
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success to ensure materials reflect real buyer pain points and frontline feedback
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to align messaging frameworks and ensure consistent communication across touchpoints
  • Lead internal enablement sessions to train GTM teams on new assets, positioning shifts, or campaign launches
  • Evaluate how sales assets and messaging perform in active deals, using CRM and team feedback to refine and optimize over time
  • Develop insights dashboards or feedback loops to inform future enablement materials and content needs

  • A deep understanding of how messaging, context, and timing impact sales success—and how to optimize for all three
  • An ability to translate fragmented input (competitive intel, sales feedback, product specs) into clear, persuasive materials
  • A pragmatic approach to content: you know when to go deep, when to simplify, and when to test new angles fast
  • An enablement-first attitude: you’re energized by helping teams succeed in the field and backed by insights, not just guesswork
