Requirements

• Current education in marketing, commerce, management, or a relevant field
• Previous experience as an assistant product manager or tester
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and in a team
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) - mandatory

Responsibilities

• Analyze competitive proposals in the payment sector in Senegal
• Study competitors' food delivery, shopping, transportation of people and parcels services
• Examine and compare client journeys or the client experience of competing offers
• Collaborate with teams to identify functional gaps compared to competitors' offers
• Assist teams in the process of identifying market and client needs
• Participate in creating recommendations to improve or adapt our services based on competitive analysis results
