This role requires a university degree, advanced English, 8 years of experience leading teams and in commercial negotiation, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Requirements

• Professional graduate of university careers such as Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or related fields
• Advanced English (Exclusive)
• 8 years of experience leading teams, projects, and with commercial negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint (pivot tables, advanced formulas, graphing)
• Team leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Negotiate commercial conditions for hotel distribution in the Centro zone (cities, mainly CDMX, GDL, and MTY, as well as Pueblo Mágico locations)
• Manage commercial relationships with hotels and chains in the Centro zone
• Create strategies to improve the management of the Centro zone: inventory management, improvement of commercial conditions, improvement of media plans for destination development, among others
• Coach and mentor a team of 2 people who manage the Centro market
