Summary

Join EVOLVE Digital, a specialized e-commerce agency, as a Performance-Marketing Manager/SEA Manager. You'll be part of a 7-person Google Ads team, working with e-commerce clients to increase orders and revenue. Expect excellent training in Google Ads and e-commerce business knowledge. As a premium agency, you'll have ample time for each client, maximizing profitability across various campaign types. You'll manage client projects, analyze campaigns, and collaborate with colleagues. Requirements

• You have already gained initial experience in the area of Google Ads, ideally several years of professional experience
• A degree or comparable training is advantageous, but not a must
• Numerical affinity and analytical thinking
• High willingness to learn in order to always implement the latest strategies for our customers

Responsibilities

• Analytically optimize and conceptualize new campaigns for ambitious e-commerce brands and online retailers
• Develop and implement complex advertising campaigns from idea to execution, combining analytical precision and creative thinking
• Independently manage and administer client projects to significantly contribute to company success
• Thoroughly evaluate advertising campaigns weekly, report project development to the client, and ensure project success
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Continuously learn from daily tasks to achieve ever-better results
