Summary

The job involves defining rules, standards, and work processes, identifying business risks, planning and implementing sales-oriented campaigns, keeping contact with clients, preparing financial calculations, translating solution requirements into feasibility terms, analyzing sales processes, and organizing presentations and conferences. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, German proficiency (C1) and good English skills (min. B2), experience with databases and CRM systems, proficiency in analysis tools such as Excel, competence in researching across various data sources, skill in finding and aggregating relevant information, deep understanding of the industry and market, competence in synthesizing disparate data into coherent analyses, strong ability to interpret data and identify trends, experience and affinity to work with AI, and team player creativity. The position is a fixed-term contract (1 year) and remote work within Hungary is possible.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Definition of rules, standards and work processes with overarching effect analysis of market
  • Identification of business risks and development of solution concepts
  • Holistic responsibility for planning, conception and implementation of sales-oriented campaigns across all available channels, monitoring performance incl. budget planning
  • Keeps contact with external and internal clients of projects
  • Prepares financial calculations, and participates in preparing materials for tenders and competitions
  • Translates the requirements of the proposed solution in terms of feasibility/prerequisites resources needed, deadlines for the service units
  • ResponsibleΒ for organization of presentations, conferences
  • Elaborates full scope proposals with backing from more senior colleagues as necessary
  • Analysis of sales processes and implementation of changes
