Requirements

  • Expertise in gathering competitor intelligence, programs, and dealer feedback
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior management
  • Strong project management and analytic skills are plus

Responsibilities

  • Collect and update market intelligence such as lender’s program guidelines and rate sheets
  • Conduct market research for new programs by visiting and communicating with dealerships
  • Solicit dealers for program feedback and improvement opportunities
  • Support the Credit Program Director for the development and execution of a detailed program strategy
  • Partner with Credit Program Managers for continuous program improvements and tweaks
  • Collaborate with multiple departments (Outside Sales, Sales Operations, Credit, Funding, and more) to develop marketing materials and the strategy to communicate program changes and enhancements to dealers effectively
  • Interprets and predicts consumer and dealership trends through the use of analytic techniques
  • Projects market potential and estimates market penetration
  • Monitors research projects and prepares reports for management's use regarding market conditions, market potential, sales forecasts, and information on competitors
