Market Research Project Manager

Summary

Join Guidepoint's Market Research Team in Pune/Mumbai as a remote worker on an early shift (1:00 am-9:00 am or 3:00 am-11:00 am IST). You will manage online surveys throughout their lifecycle, from questionnaire editing and programming in Qualtrics to data analysis and client communication. This role requires a bachelor's degree, 3+ years of market research experience, and expert-level Qualtrics skills. You'll collaborate with project managers and other teams, ensuring timely project completion and client satisfaction. Requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree in related field
• Minimum 3 years of market research or related experience
• Expert level Qualtrics experience required – ability to create and troubleshoot complex surveys
• Experience creating dashboards and data visualizations with tools such as Tableau and PowerBI
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
• Proficient use of the internet for completion of timely research projects
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere with minimal supervision
• A desire to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Market Research Project Managers and manage online surveys throughout the entire project life cycle
• Edit survey questionnaires to fit respondent-friendly formats and programming formats in Qualtrics
• Research, identify, and recruit appropriate respondents needed to meet quotas for survey recruiting
• Program and test questionnaires for online surveys
• Manage relationships with survey respondents and vendors, and answer all technical and non-technical questions about the survey
• Respond to RFQs and assess pricing and feasibility
• Conversion of large quantities of data from surveys into client-deliverable formats using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ensure clients are regularly updated on survey status and their needs are continually met
• Work on ad-hoc project requests
• Work with other teams across Guidepoint in assisting and implementing surveys
