Marketing Project Manager

Requirements

• Have 2+ years of experience in Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, Marketing Project Manager, or Project Manager roles
• Have B2+ English level (Strong written and verbal communication)

Responsibilities

• Scope, prioritize, and manage end-to-end marketing projects and campaigns
• Coordinate with development teams to create clear, concise tasks and timelines
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
• Use Google Analytics, PostHog, Metabase to analyze funnel performance, identify drop-off points, and optimize conversion rates
• Run A/B tests across various acquisition funnel stages
• Collaborate with designers and developers to apply UX/UI best practices for better conversion
• Implement marketing automation via tools like Make, Zapier, etc., to streamline workflows
• Conduct in-depth competitor research to identify gaps and opportunities
• Use analytics to forecast monthly acquisition strategies

Preferred Qualifications
