Summary
Join OSEA, a fast-growing beauty brand, as an Interim Marketing Analytics Manager for a 3-4 month maternity leave cover (approximately June 2nd to August 26th). This role is fundamental to our expanding team and requires a passion for data, analytics, customer insights, sustainability, and beauty. You will build and manage DTC analytics dashboards, maintain Power BI data models, and optimize integrations with Funnel.io. Responsibilities include analyzing marketing performance, delivering analytics updates, tracking key metrics, developing sales forecasts, and collaborating with marketing and finance teams. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of various marketing platforms and a strong track record of leveraging analytics to drive e-commerce growth. Requirements
- Deep knowledge of PowerBI, Shopify, Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook Business Manager, and other related platforms
- You have a strong track record of leveraging analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive growth for e-commerce businesses
- Hands-on marketing analytics experience (marketing mix and attribution modeling, campaign performance analysis, LTV modeling) and consumer-oriented marketing analysis (segmentation, user survey, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral, written, non-verbal, intuitive, psychic et al)

Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and distribute DTC analytics dashboards to promote data transparency, answer key business questions and develop visibility into growth initiatives
- Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot Power BI data models, ensuring efficient data structuring for reporting and analytics
- Manage and optimize integrations with Funnel.io, ensuring seamless data ingestion from marketing and sales platforms
- Implement and uphold data governance best practices, including standardization, data hygiene, and compliance
- Identify opportunities to automate data workflows, reporting, and analytics processes for efficiency
- Be a thought leader in analyzing DTC marketing performance and customer behavior; identify trends and anomalies to craft recommendations for increased acquisition and retention opportunities
- Evaluate campaign performance across paid, earned, and owned channels to inform optimizations
- Deliver weekly and monthly analytics updates, ensuring timely and actionable insights
- Continuously refine and improve data visualization and dashboard usability
- Track and report on marketing funnel metrics (acquisition, conversion rates, retention, LTV)
- Develop and refine daily sales forecasts, incorporating historical trends and seasonality
- Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust models based on real-time performance and external factors
- Partner with marketing and finance teams to align data insights with business objectives
- Collaborate internally to optimize data infrastructure and integrations
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights
