Summary
Join Wellhub, a corporate wellness platform, as an Engagement/Marketing & Events Analyst in Mexico City. You will execute strategic engagement actions and events for clients and end-users, including onsite activations, webinars, and more. Collaborate with partners to design digital materials, organize events, manage voucher purchases, and support global campaigns. Contribute creatively to develop new engagement formats and work closely with various teams. Strong communication and design skills are essential. This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in BTL campaigns and availability to travel are mandatory.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills to express the spirit of Wellhub in the different activations to be developed
- Google tools knowledge (sheets and slides)
- Design skills (flyers, presentations, posts for social media, mailings)
- Advance English
- Time Management: Prioritizing tasks effectively
- Task Management: Keeping track of multiple projects or tasks at once
- Experience working from home
- Resilience to work in a fast paced environment with changes and different scenarios
- Good writing and well-developed communication skills for lectures and webinars
- Owner mentality and proactivity is key for this role
- Creative and proactive to deal with diverse clients, with fast execution
- Minimum experience of 1-2 years with enough knowledge about the know-hows of BTL campaign, activations and campaign operations
- Availability to travel
Responsibilities
- Direct support for the execution of actions (onsite activations, webinars, exclusive classes) for accounts, end users, clients in general
- Responsible for enabling actions with partners: digital graphics, gyms suggestions, webinars, online and in-person classes, purchase of vouchers, global communication campaigns
- Create possibilities for new actions and formats to be applied as customer engagement actions
- Participation in projects to improve the Wellhub plans subscriptions
- Responsible for updating the portfolio's budget for the different activities with clients, partners and speakers
- Very close contact with the WE Planning team, Client Success and Partners team
Preferred Qualifications
- JIRA, ZOOM (is a plus)
- Previous experience working close to the HR area or with B2B2C events (is a plus)
