Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field (desirable)
  • Experience in a marketing role or related field
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • A creative mindset with a passion for marketing and a willingness to contribute new ideas
  • The ability to proactively manage multiple tasks and work to deadline
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office with Adobe Create Suite being advantageous
  • Design and/or copywriting, including SEO, skills (advantageous)
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive analysis
  • Manage administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, intranet administration, coordinating events, and organising promotional materials
  • Maintain and update systems and track marketing metrics
  • Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events, trade shows, and promotional activities
  • Communicate with external vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services
  • Create posts for our social media accounts including basic graphics
  • Administer our website including uploading content and SEO
  • Administration of our budget system including generating purchase orders, sourcing, ordering promotional and print materials
