Marketing Assistant

Join our client, a growing wellness brand, as their Marketing Assistant to support the launch and growth of their business. This fully remote role (9 AM - 5 PM EST) requires managing social media, creating content, analyzing campaigns, and providing technical support. You'll need a blend of creative, analytical, and technical skills. Success involves boosting online presence, using data-driven marketing, creating impactful content, and collaborating effectively. Requirements

• 2+ years experience in marketing, social media management, or a similar role
• Background in content creation, graphic design, or video editing
• Experience working with startups and being part of business launches
• Proficiency in Klaviyo and social media scheduling tools
• Strong analytical skills to track and interpret campaign performance metrics
• Ability to create and edit graphics and videos using design tools (Canva, CapCut, Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar)
• Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize content across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, podcast platforms), ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement
• Brainstorm and contribute to marketing campaign ideas to support business growth and engagement
• Create compelling graphics and edit videos for marketing materials, social media, and promotions
• Monitor social media interactions, respond to comments/messages, and foster relationships with the audience
• Analyze campaign data and performance metrics via Klaviyo to optimize marketing strategies
• Assist with system integrations and technical support for tools like WebKul (multi-vendor marketplace) if needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WebKul (multi-vendor marketplace) and other tech integrations
• Basic knowledge of website integrations and automation tools
• Highly adaptable and comfortable wearing multiple hats
