Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in brand marketing strategy development and execution, preferably in a fast-paced environment or global context and preferably with managerial experience
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders
- A performance-driven attitude with a hunger and thirst for results
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making

- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms

- Relevant degree in business, marketing communications or other relevant fields
Responsibilities
- Develop monthly Global campaigns, ensuring clear and coherent storytelling consistent with Love, Bonito branding and aligned with required business outcomes
- Develop and execute key Global campaign levers including GWPs, Influencer content, and other tactical content
- Serve as Campaigns PMO, liaising & collaborating with marketing channel leads and x-functional teams to plan and execute key marketing campaigns & tacticals
- Oversee 360 integration of marketing pillars, ensuring various channels are communicating the same story or messaging
- Lead the development of monthly Global campaigns, ensuring clear and coherent storytelling consistent with LB branding and aligned with required business outcomes
- Lead the development and timely execution of Global GWPs
- Lead in managing Global partnerships and collaborations with external partners
- Manage and build long-term relationships with key global influencers
- Manage brand marketing budget efficiently
- Lead and develop a lean and mean global campaigns & influencer marketing team
- Partner closely with HQ marketing functions to amplify campaigns
- Ensure full visibility and clarity group-wide on global campaign initiatives by effectively coordinating with relevant stakeholders
