Marketing Associate

Summary

The Marketing Associate position at AIChE is responsible for executing marketing initiatives aimed at promoting conferences, working closely with cross-functional groups within AIChE. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, expertise in digital and traditional marketing, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in various software tools. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing and 4-6 years of relevant experience are required.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Implementing marketing campaigns and strategies aligned with organizational goals, encompassing digital marketing (social media, email campaigns, retargeting ads), production coordination, working with creative teams, printers, mail houses, and promotional execution
• Work closely with the conference programming lead to develop value proposition, define target lists, and create a strategic plan for each conference
• Create and proofread marketing content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand messaging
• Assist in the development and execution of surveys and other research initiatives
• Manage marketing deliverables and calendars effectively
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure delivery of onsite materials
• Partner with the sales team to ensure fulfillment of sponsor deliverables
• Serve as the point person for our organic social posts
• Manage LinkedIn page to enhance visibility and increase engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in audience segmentation
• Knowledge of survey technologies like Qualtrics and Survey Monkey
