Summary
The Marketing Associate will manage and develop marketing campaigns, collaborate with various teams, and engage partners to jointly develop marketing activities. They will have 3+ years of experience in a general marketing role, preferably with partner marketing experience, and a bachelor's degree is required. The role involves managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, social and digital advertising, buyer journey marketing, cross-functional collaboration, marketing collateral development, and maintaining the Partner Portal.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree required
- 3+ yearsβ experience in a general marketing role
- Demonstrated success in developing activities aligned with campaigns, leading program execution and supporting corporate campaign initiatives
- Understanding of multi-channel marketing and application of the buyer journey to marketing campaigns
- Experience working in a start-up environment, specifically for a SaaS or similar company
- Strong communication skills and experience engaging with customers, partners, and senior management
- Excellent organizational, time, and project management
- Enthusiastic, independent worker, and highly collaborative
- Experience working in a fast-paced culture in a global organization
- Ability to operate independently, whilst leveraging internal support teams as well as being able to partner with peers across multiple geographies
- A hunger for learning and problem-solving
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and feedback to derive insights, plan, and report on marketing campaigns and activities
Responsibilities
- Marketing campaign management β Manage and develop multi-channel marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
- Social and digital advertising β Manage and optimize social media advertising, Google marketing, SEO, and content marketing
- Buyer journey marketing β Apply understanding of the buyer journey and develop marketing content to support each cycle
- Cross-functional collaboration β Work closely with the broader marketing, sales, partner, and product teams
- Manage and engage Partners to jointly develop or collaborate on marketing activities, programs, and campaigns
- Marketing collateral and content development β develop marketing collateral and top-of-funnel content
- Maintenance of the Partner Portal and support of the Incorta Partner Program initiatives including webinars, summits, and content
Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS marketing experience and familiarity with Hubspot and Salesforce are highly desirable
- Familiarity or direct experience with social platforms including Google Analytics and LinkedIn
- Experience with WordPress is a bonus
