Summary
Join iRhythm as a Marketing Associate for the Mobile Cardiac Telemetry (MCT) product line! You will play a key role in developing and executing marketing initiatives to drive business growth and customer engagement. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will create impactful content, support product launches, and enable sales success. This hands-on role demands creativity, attention to detail, and effective project management across various stakeholders. You will develop marketing materials, plan campaigns, collaborate with teams, and monitor competitive activity. The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in med-tech or healthcare.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in med-tech, healthcare, or technology
- Strong content creation and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, social media tools, and CMS
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Service-oriented and responsive mindset, demonstrating a commitment to going the extra mile to achieve desired outcomes
- Proven capacity to think critically and navigate complex situations with agility and creativity
- Reliable and conscientious, consistently meet deadlines and deliver dependable results
- Adept at managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring on-time completion with a high degree of accuracy
- Possess a strong passion and curiosity about the healthcare space
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a marketing coordinator or associate role
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related business field
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and deliver effective messaging and high-quality marketing materials—including product overviews, datasheets, whitepapers, presentations, emails, and digital content for social media—ensuring brand consistency, alignment with business objectives, and driving product awareness and engagement
- Partner with product, enablement, and sales teams to create and maintain sales enablement tools such as case studies, competitive resources, and objection-handling materials
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including demand generation efforts (e.g., sales flyers, nurture emails, and onboarding content) and product launch initiatives, from pre-launch preparations to post-launch evaluations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities in line with company priorities and timelines
- Oversee the creation, review, and approval of digital and print content for platforms such as websites, email campaigns, and social media, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal standards
- Act as a key liaison between marketing and sales teams to deliver timely field support and empower clinical selling through targeted tools that highlight product value, outcomes, and clinical efficacy
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform strategic positioning and continuously refine messaging across all customer touchpoints
