Summary

The job is for a Marketing Coordinator at ShopBack, responsible for managing communication materials, creating content, collaborating with teams, optimizing platform assets, and taking on ad hoc projects. The role requires minimum 1 year of marketing experience, proficiency in English and Chinese, strong collaboration skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proactive problem-solving skills, exceptional organizational skills, and basic Excel skills are preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing
• Proficiency in English and Chinese is required to communicate with stakeholders in the market
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work closely with channel partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to create compelling content and manage social media accounts effectively
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to address operational issues efficiently
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate communication materials for marketing campaigns across various platforms
• Create compelling content and manage our brands' social media accounts
• Collaborate closely with channel partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of marketing programs
• Schedule onsite assets and ensure optimal exposure for every deal secured by the Business Development team
• Manage and maintain assets on various platforms, including the ShopBack App and Web
• Investigate and proactively resolve any operational issues that may arise
• Optimize platform assets, regularly analyze website performance and data, and share key insights and learnings with the internal marketing team
• Support UI/UX enhancement projects and digital touchpoints to improve customer engagement and satisfaction
