Summary

Join 7shifts as the Marketing Automation Manager and drive impactful, technology-focused marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle. You will implement, develop, and optimize marketing tools like Marketo, AppCues, Outreach, and Chili Piper. As the technical expert for various marketing channels, you will identify growth opportunities and enhance business impact. You will build integrated marketing automation workflows, ensure campaign data quality, and analyze campaign performance. Collaboration with RevOps and Data teams is crucial for seamless integration. Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes and configurations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Marketing Automation platforms (Marketo preferred)
  • Proven experience building and optimizing integrated campaigns that drive results across Email, In-App, Chat, and Push channels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively translate data into actionable insights across the marketing lifecycle
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with teams like RevOps, Sales, and Product to drive alignment and impact
  • Solid understanding of data privacy and compliance standards, with a commitment to running campaigns aligned with CASL, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR

Responsibilities

  • Build integrated, data-driven marketing automation workflows across channels to drive engagement and results throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Drive the implementation, adoption, and and ongoing evolution of marketing technologies to increase efficiency and support scalable growth
  • Ensure campaign data quality through proactive data cleansing, QA, and compliance best practices
  • Develop and analyze campaign performance reports, identifying opportunities for testing and enhancements to optimize future campaigns
  • Partner closely with RevOps and Data teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing tools within 7shifts’ broader tech ecosystem
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation to accurately reflect current processes, configurations, and requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketo certification
  • Experience working within a product-led growth (PLG) organization
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and data management platforms
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL
