Summary
The Marketing Campaign Manager will manage and execute the campaign strategy to support pipeline and drive demand generation. They will be responsible for developing, deploying, and optimizing high-impact integrated B2B demand generation programs. The role requires 3-4+ years of experience in a lead generation marketing campaign role, comfort with Hubspot, understanding of demand generation and ABM campaigns, excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and analytical abilities.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of experience in a lead generation marketing campaign role in a fast-paced B2B environment, preferably for a services organization with long sales cycles
- Proven track record in developing multi-channel roadmaps, driving targeted acquisition, retention, upsell, and cross-sell marketing campaigns
- Comfortable as a Hubspot user with a strong understanding of automation technology, email segmentation, attribution
- Great understanding of demand generation and ABM campaigns, marketing operations, and reporting
- An expert in building and executing targeted and high-volume, large-scale email / push campaigns of varying complexity from start to finish
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong copywriting experience and an impeccable eye for detail
- An eye for brand identity, design, and layout, correct grammar and punctuation
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to collaborate across departments, and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and resources with intertwining deadlines
- Demonstrated expertise in defining, implementing, and maintaining reports and analytics to track lead flow, conversion revenue attribution, and related KPIs
- Self-driven, results-orientated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high-quality work that drives revenue
Responsibilities
- Managing, executing, and developing lead generation and nurturing campaigns with key target accounts and customers
- Supporting events with invites, landing page, database, campaign calendar, follow-ups, webinars
- Working with the Sales team to gather insight and information to inform the content and targeting strategy
- Brief content creators, contractors, and the marketing team to ensure each campaign is planned, delivered on time, and tracked effectively
- Review campaigns and analyze how we can improve performance going forward and actioning the requirements
- Measure and track our marketing investment against key MQL and pipeline KPIs
Preferred Qualifications
- Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing, email optimization, campaign analysis, and multi-touch attribution reporting
- History of cross-functional collaboration with teams such as sales and sales development to drive cohesive engagement with marketing leads
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus
