Summary

Join Sprout's Marketing team as a Marketing Campaign Strategist - Expansion to drive expansion (upsell and cross-sell) for existing customers, create customer campaigns, webinars, and growth motions, and lead the execution of quarterly product launch campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, including at least 2+ years in Integrated Campaigns, Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, or Marketing Program Management roles
  • 2+ years of experience developing and executing cross-functional marketing campaigns or projects from start to finish
  • Experience planning and executing webinar programs
  • Experience with standalone and evergreen email marketing campaigns
  • Strong background in marketing project planning across multiple teams

Responsibilities

  • Create customer campaigns, webinars, and growth motions with the goal of driving expansion (upsell and cross-sell) for existing customers
  • Lead the execution of quarterly product launch campaigns, defining email strategies, distribution plans, and tactical requirements that align with the overall expansion strategy
  • Oversee project planning for customer expansion campaigns, setting clear timelines, deliverables, and resource allocations to ensure smooth execution across multiple teams
  • Measure progress against growth and pipeline targets for key customer expansion campaigns, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize performance
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders, including teams in Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand Creative, Marketing Operations, Content, Sales, Customer Success, and Growth
  • Leverage a variety of channels—including email, webinars, in-product messaging, Sprout’s community, and more—to reach customers and achieve campaign goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in customer expansion campaigns, including cross-sell and upsell initiatives
  • Familiarity with tools like Asana, Zoom Webinars, Salesforce, Marketo, and Pendo
