Summary

Join Luscii as their Marketing & Communication Specialist for the Dutch market and play a key role in shaping how healthcare professionals, patients, and partners engage with Luscii. You will be responsible for localizing and executing campaigns, creating ongoing communications, supporting Dutch content for other teams, providing market insights and reporting, and managing CRM and campaign operations. This role involves crafting engaging Dutch content for various platforms and ensuring smooth campaign execution. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across teams to translate Luscii's vision into local stories and actionable campaigns. The position offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in healthcare while working remotely in a flexible, four-day work week environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within Marketing
  • A bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or similar
  • Native-level Dutch and fluency in English
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and Marketingtools (share your experiences in the motivational letter ✍️)
  • Strong writing skills for b2b-audiences
  • Experience in simplifying complex topics
  • Experience with concent & marketing strategies
  • This position requires you to live in the Netherlands. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to fill this role from abroad

Responsibilities

  • Localise and execute campaigns for the Dutch market. You’ll work on content that truly resonates with the Dutch market and our target audiences. From blogs to landing pages and from newsletters to self-explanatory stories
  • Create and manage ongoing communications. You’ll craft clear, engaging Dutch content for newsletters, product updates, social posts, podcast promos, event assets, and more
  • Support Dutch content for other teams’ campaigns. You’ll help bring feature rollouts, program launches, and other campaigns to life with Dutch content. Always based on messaging and goals provided by other circles, such as Medical Programs, Product, etc
  • Provide market insights and reporting. You’ll monitor campaign performance, gather insights on the Dutch market, and regularly report back to the team with the latest news and trends
  • Manage CRM and campaign operations. From keeping the CRM clean to building campaign lists and organising webinars. You will help keep our engine running smoothly and compliantly

Preferred Qualifications

It would be even better if you’ve got basic understanding of GDPR in communications, a background in healthcare or healthtech and master another languague like German
