Requirements
- Undergraduates/ final year student in a degree in Marketing / Mass Comm /Communication or any related field
- Proactive, independent, results-oriented and a highly motivated self-starter
- Value-adding team player and able to work as a team with good interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning, organization and time management skills with strong follow-through abilities
- Highly creative with basic experience in planning and executing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Strong command of written and oral English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good command of written and oral Mandarin will be a plus
- Possess good communication styles and is able to leverage on the team's abilities
- Proficiency in basic graphic design, editing, and recording skills for campaign and social media purposes
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Marcomm team when implementing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies targeting both our investor and SME segments
- Contribute insights and ideas to identify new opportunities and stay abreast of market and industry trends, aiming to foster the segments and organisational growth
- Take an active role in tracking, consolidating, and analysing performance metrics for all marketing initiatives, including those developed through partnerships and internally
- Assist the team with the coordination with various business units to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, fostering alignment and synergy across the organisation
- Support the team in managing social media activities, including scheduling posts, generating reports, and engaging with comments
- Support the team by participating in both offline and online events alongside the team, assisting with setup and ensuring smooth execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic graphic design skills and ability to use web-based design software like Canva
- Minor experience in virtual event management like webinars and online forums
- Have copywriting skills
