Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of strategic marketing communications experience
  • Proven success in driving high-impact marketing initiatives
  • 2+ years of team management experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing marketing teams
  • Advanced analytical and strategic thinking capabilities leveraging a data-driven decision-making approach
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex insights into compelling and creative narratives
  • Proficient in content marketing, marketing analytics and optimization, and A/B testing methodologies
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to evolving business priorities
  • Consistent track record of delivering measurable marketing outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Strategize, write, and implement social media engagement and email marketing campaigns
  • Write multi-channel content that demonstrates measurable brand engagement and conversion lift
  • Develop targeted communication strategies for internal and external audiences
  • Craft comprehensive marketing content that aligns with brand objectives, including email, social posts, paid ads, etc
  • Create consistent brand narratives across all communication platforms
  • Manage brand guidelines and visual identity standards
  • Implement social listening strategies to capture real-time digital conversations
  • Transform customer feedback into actionable strategic insights
  • Nurture online communities through targeted engagement tactics
  • Track and optimize performance metrics for each marketing channel
  • Build strategic alliances that extend brand reach and credibility
  • Support the buildout of a high-quality Marketing Communications team
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and other teams to drive marketing initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with affiliate marketing programs or advanced influencer marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of or experience in EdTech
  • Portfolio showcasing versatile content creation across formats and channels
  • Communications experience with the following tools: Digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
  • Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude)
  • Marketing automation platforms (Unbounce)
  • Social media management tools (Agorapulse)
  • Design tools (Canva, Figma)
