Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in healthcare/medical technology industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field
- Knowledge of biomarkers, companion diagnostics, or immuno-oncology
- Proven track record in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns and events
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and current marketing trends
- Excellence in project management and ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for events, including flexibility to travel internationally for events as required, with low frequency
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Flexibility to collaborate closely with international colleagues in different time zones
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies across multiple channels to effectively promote Lunit's value propositions and drive lead generation
- Create and manage the annual marketing calendar and budget, including prioritization of initiatives, KPI tracking, and ROI measurement
- Lead digital marketing strategy and execution, including social and SEM, to build brand awareness and engage key stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, clinical, product, legal & compliance, regulatory) to develop and execute aligned marketing campaigns
- Own pull-through of messaging into marketing content and collateral, ensuring consistent messaging and maximum impact
- Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of conferences, tradeshows, and exhibitions, ensuring strong ROI and optimal customer engagement
- Manage end-to-end delivery of webinars and digital marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and customer education
- Coordinate with business and clinical teams to optimize event participation and presence
- Partner with external vendors and agencies to deliver high-quality marketing materials and events
- Support co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners
- Work cross-functionally to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives and compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience marketing AI-powered healthcare solutions or precision oncology products
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and MLR review processes for marketing medical devices or diagnostics
- Experience with marketing analytics and ROI measurement
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
