Summary
Join Thrive, a rapidly growing technology solutions provider, as a Marketing Coordinator! Support all aspects of marketing, including regional marketing and sales support, direct and indirect sales support, verticalized marketing efforts, and lead generation. You will manage marketing profiles, assist with email campaigns, and provide administrative support to the marketing and sales teams. The role requires managing the company store, event support, and utilizing HubSpot for lead nurturing and reporting. This position demands strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience (IT industry, sales & marketing preferred but not required)
- Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Energetic, outgoing personality
- Proactive worker with very strong attention to detail
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize workflow is essential
- Strong administrative and organizational skills including ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, with regular follow up
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Maintain a professional image and attitude at all times
Responsibilities
- Provide regionally-focused marketing and sales support
- Work on internal requests that come in from Marketing Request queue
- Provide essential administrative support for the Marketing Department, Sales Teams, order business cards, membership management
- Assist with Direct, Channel, Account Management and Business Development Reps., as needed. Export and import prospecting lists from databases
- Logistics, pre and post- event support, maintain calendars
- Be the lead contact in charge of managing inventory & updating stock, working with sales, acquisition + onboarding
- Be a go-to for any research needed for future endeavors
- Willing to learn all aspects of HubSpot to leverage all capabilities to the fullest (lead nurturing, workflows, SEO, etc.). Maintain contact databases and produce reports from HubSpot
- Management of marketing profiles
- Manage various other projects with responsiveness and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Marketing Automation Systems (HubSpot)
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Canva
- CRM -- Salesforce
- CMS (WordPress, our Website) β managing, editing, etc
