Summary
Join ButterflyMX, a company revolutionizing door and gate access with its smartphone-based solutions, as an Inbound Marketing Coordinator. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, booking meetings for sales representatives, and providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for gathering customer information, responding to emails, and supporting the marketing team with various projects. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in CRM systems, and the ability to handle high call and email volumes.
Requirements
- B.A / B.S degree or equivalent experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Email and CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot or Salesforce)
- Ability to prioritize assignments to anticipate and meet multiple deadlines

Responsibilities
- Answer 20 to 40 incoming sales calls per day to book meetings with sales representatives and provide the caller with excellent service
- Make 20-40 outbound calls per day to follow up with inbound leads and book meetings for sales representatives
- Gather basic information from prospective customers and enter that information quickly and correctly into our CRM software
- Promptly respond to sales emails and answer basic product and sales questions while providing outstanding service
- Support the Marketing team with other ad-hoc marketing-related activities and projects
