Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage email drip campaigns to engage potential homebuyers
  • Monitor and ensure consistent branding and audience engagement across campaigns
  • Verify and update data from agency marketing partners to ensure accuracy
  • Communicate with external partners to coordinate marketing activities and address issues
  • Help build and maintain CRM workflows, content libraries, and dashboards
  • Work with the team to improve tools and processes for efficient marketing execution
  • Create and review marketing reports to measure campaign performance and identify improvement areas
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend data-driven strategies for better results
  • Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and social media content tailored to various audiences
  • Contribute ideas for new initiatives to boost engagement and brand awareness

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the real estate or property development sector
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot), email marketing platforms, and graphic design tools
