Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2C content marketing, creative strategy, or copywriting/editorial roles
  • A passion and experience for writing direct-to-consumer marketing copy
  • Proven ability to develop multi-channel content that drives measurable outcomes
  • Strong project management skills and ability to navigate competing deadlines
  • A passion for fast-moving, high-growth environments where no two days look the same

Responsibilities

  • Act as an end-to-end creative owner across multiple marketing channels and campaigns
  • Write high-impact B2C content that drives member acquisition and engagement
  • Provide creative direction while working closely with designers to develop assets that are on-brand and visually compelling
  • Optimize creative using data and growth best practices to drive stronger results
  • Brainstorm and experiment with new creative ideas that help Thrive stand out and drive our goals
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality execution on tight timelines
