Marketing Director

Summary

Join Kalepa as their Marketing Director and lead the development and execution of their marketing strategy. As a member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for significantly expanding all aspects of Kalepa's marketing efforts. This hands-on role requires you to be the primary driver of the marketing operation, with the potential to scale the function and hire contractors. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, RevOps, and leadership to showcase Kalepa's value proposition and establish the company as a leading AI solution for commercial insurance underwriters. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and a skilled executor, comfortable working independently while also building a team. Requirements

• 6–10+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in fintech, insurtech, or enterprise software
• Proven ability to develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies that drive leads, pipeline, and revenue
• Exceptional writing and communication skills to translate complex ideas into compelling messaging
• Experience in demand generation, content marketing, product marketing, events, and branding
• Ability to work effectively across different teams
• Analytical and results-oriented approach
• Passion for AI and technology and interest in the insurance industry

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute Kalepa's marketing strategy
• Drive 10x growth across all aspects of marketing
• Architect, strategize, and execute marketing initiatives, including demand generation, content creation, product marketing, and branding
• Manage the full marketing operation independently, with the potential to scale and hire contractors
• Partner with sales, product, RevOps, and leadership teams
• Translate complex ideas about insurance and AI into compelling marketing messages
• Prioritize marketing activities across various channels
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive teams
• Execute Kalepa's marketing initiatives hands-on
• Scale the marketing function and hire additional staff
• Measure marketing results and drive fast execution
• Utilize AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and quality
