Marketing Director

Join Kalepa as Marketing Director to lead and execute the marketing strategy, playing a key role in the leadership team. Requirements

• 6–10+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in fintech, insurtech, or enterprise software
• Proven ability to develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies that drive leads, pipeline, and revenue
• Exceptional writer and communicator
• Experience across demand gen, content, product marketing, events, and brand
• Adept at working cross-functionally with sales, product, and exec teams
• Comfortable being a team of one
• Analytical and scrappy
• AI-first marketer
• Passionate about AI and technology and curious about the world of insurance

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies that drive leads, pipeline, and revenue
• Translate complex ideas from insurance and AI into compelling messaging across long and short-form content
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive teams
• Execute on Kalepa’s marketing initiatives
• Scale the marketing function and hire contractors
• Measure what matters and make things happen fast
