Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in marketing roles, ideally including leadership touch points
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, preferably in the technology or Salesforce ecosystem
- Strong understanding of the German market and cultural nuances in business communication
- Experience working in a global organization and managing cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems and analytics platforms
- Passion for working in a start-up-like environment and driving innovation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in German and English
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to position our Salesforce offerings based on the strategic vision and mission of the practice
- Build and enhance the visibility of our team's brand within the Salesforce ecosystem and among key stakeholders
- Work closely with the Business Development team to plan and execute targeted campaigns to generate leads, drive brand awareness, and support business development efforts
- Create engaging content that showcases our entrepreneurial culture and the transformative power of our Salesforce projects and oversee the creation of compelling content, including case studies, whitepapers and thought leadership
- Organize and manage events, webinars, and workshops to engage prospects, clients, and industry partners
- Work closely with the global marketing team to align regional activities with overall corporate strategy and leverage existing resources
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts using KPIs and ROI metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and client needs, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and relevant
