Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Demonstrable experience as a Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing or VP Marketing (4+ years)
- Experience in marketing of a technical product
- Experience with US, EU markets
- Experience in both B2B (important!) and B2C segments
- Experience of team management
- Passion for IT
- Knowledge and experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, Google Tag Manager)
- Experience with PPC
- Strong analytical skills
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Enthusiasm and leadership
Responsibilities
- Build an effective Marketing Strategy
- Develop, execute and optimize Ad campaigns on Social Media: lead generation, brand awareness and lead nurturing
- Conduct market and niche analysis, and test hypothesis
- Analyze the offer, competitors, product advantages
- Experiment with new approaches
- Control the budget and adjust expenses to get the best ROI
- Track KPIs to assess performance and identify weaknesses
- Grow together with the product
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for art
- Work experience in a digital agency
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts
- Experience with various platforms (Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Understanding of HTML and XML
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Analytical thinking and good knowledge of Mathematics
