Summary

The job is for a Marketing Director role in an Art SaaS company aiming to digitize Ukrainian and world art. The candidate should have 4+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, with experience in marketing technical products, US, EU markets, B2B and B2C segments, team management, web analytics tools, PPC, and strong analytical skills.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Demonstrable experience as a Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing or VP Marketing (4+ years)
• Experience in marketing of a technical product
• Experience with US, EU markets
• Experience in both B2B and B2C segments
• Experience of team management

Responsibilities

• Build an effective Marketing Strategy
• Develop, execute and optimize Ad campaigns on Social Media: lead generation, brand awareness and lead nurturing
• Conduct market and niche analysis, and test hypothesis
• Analyze the offer, competitors, product advantages
• Experiment with new approaches
• Control the budget and adjust expenses to get the best ROI
• Track KPIs to assess performance and identify weaknesses

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for art
• Work experience in a digital agency
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts
• Experience with various platforms (Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Understanding of HTML and XML
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel)
• Excellent organizational skills
