Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus
  • 2 years' experience as a Marketing Director or similar role, in the personal injury space
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices
  • Experience managing and optimizing digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Proficient in marketing software and tools

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
  • Oversee content creation and ensure consistent messaging and brand identity
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing campaigns effectively
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of marketing professionals
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
