Summary
Join Vaadin as a Marketing Engineer (GTM & Automation) and play a critical role in scaling lead generation, optimizing outreach, and leveraging automation to fuel our go-to-market (GTM) efforts. You will collaborate with various teams to implement AI-driven automation, lead scoring models, and build outbound campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys experimenting with AI-driven automation, analyzing data to optimize customer acquisition, and building scalable workflows. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, marketing automation, or technical marketing roles with a focus on B2B lead generation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in Python (expect to code with Pandas in your interview)
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Clay.io, Zapier, Apollo) and AI/ML-driven marketing technologies
- Knowledge of advertising platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot and data integration techniques
- A growth mindset, curiosity, and a passion for using technology to scale marketing operations
Responsibilities
- Manage & automate B2B marketing campaigns β Own inbound and outbound campaign execution, optimizing lead generation and nurturing workflows
- Implement & optimize lead scoring β Leverage product usage data and automation to identify and prioritize high-value prospects
- Build & integrate marketing automation workflows β Develop seamless data connections between HubSpot, Clay.io, Zapier, and other AI/ML-driven platforms
- Analyze and leverage product usage data - Enhance lead qualification and engagement strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Seek feedback to optimize campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and refine messaging
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SaaS, open-source, or developer-focused B2B marketing
