Summary
Join Endor Labs, a leading application security company, as a Marketing team member. This role blends content marketing, evangelism, and enablement, requiring collaboration with various teams. You will create engaging content (videos, documentation, live events), educate the market about Endor Labs and OSS security, and develop technical analyses for sales. Requirements
- Possess hands-on technical experience as a developer or engineer with working knowledge of the developer/DevOps ecosystems and practices
- Have working knowledge of various developer + AppSec tools (e.g. GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, VScode)
- Possess a strong understanding of different programming languages and how they manage packages/open source components (Maven, npm, pip, etc)
- Be able to create basic demo applications that showcase Endor Labsβ capabilities
- Have 4+ years of experience in independently producing B2B cybersecurity and/or developer marketing content as part of your core job
- Be able to communicate at the right altitude for the audience
- Have an interest in learning about marketing, including everything from lead generation to social media
- Have an eagerness to embrace all things AppSec, specifically SCA, SAST, container scanning, and more
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing + Product) to drive educational and audience-grabbing content for technical and non-technical audiences
- Create videos (webinars)
- Create documentation (white papers)
- Lead live events (conference presentations & workshops)
- Educate the market and customers about Endor Labs and OSS Security
- Actively engage with customers, the community and industry analysts at various events (both virtual and in person)
- Travel ~15-25% of the year
- Create technical analysis of competitors, reference architectures, and demos that help our Sales and Customer Success teams get prospects excited about Endor Labs
- Bring credible product feedback to sales and product management that drive active changes
- Enable the organization on new features and use cases
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience writing code/developing applications using open source components and/or making contributions to open source projects
- Have hands-on experience as an AppSec Engineer or at an OSS Security/AppSec Vendor
