Summary

Join Network Optix as a GTM / Integration Engineer and develop and maintain custom integrations between our products and third-party systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, and QuickBooks. You will design, develop, and maintain integrations, manage APIs, collaborate on system architecture, and provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams. This role requires advanced proficiency in Node.js, Python, and C#, experience with modern GTM tech stacks, and strong collaboration skills. The position offers competitive compensation, paid time off, flexible working hours, employer-sponsored health coverage, and a hybrid or remote work option. The ideal location is Walnut Creek, CA, but Burbank, CA and Portland, OR are also considered, as is fully remote work.

Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Node.js, Python, C# and other relevant programming languages
  • Have experience with modern GTM tech stacks, including CRMs, Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs), APIs, data enrichment platforms, and AI tools
  • Have experience with systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, QuickBooks, Zero, NetSuite
  • Have experience working with business development, finance, and sales teams
  • Demonstrate a history of software development with a robust portfolio showcasing previous projects and integrations
  • Possess a strong understanding of APIs, system architecture, automation tools, and data modeling
  • Possess excellent problem-solving abilities with a track record of designing scalable processes that meet ambitious growth targets
  • Have proven experience in cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to work effectively with finance, R&D, product, and operations teams to build impactful solutions
  • Have the ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Possess a solid grasp of core business operations and interdepartmental dynamic. Have an in-depth understanding of transactional flows between customers, sales teams, accounting, and finance departments
  • Have the ability to design, prepare, and deliver comprehensive educational sessions, workshops, or training materials on the relevant technology stack, ensuring all team members and stakeholders can effectively understand and leverage these tools in their workflows

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom integrations between Network Optix products and third-party systems to enhance functionality and user experience
  • Utilize and manage APIs to ensure seamless communication between systems, enabling efficient data exchange and process automation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable system architectures that support integration efforts and align with business objectives
  • Serve as a technical liaison to clients and partners, effectively communicating integration capabilities and business value. Provide demonstrations, technical training, and ongoing support to customers, ensuring solutions meet their operational and strategic needs
  • Provide technical training and support to internal teams and clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of integration functionalities and best practices
  • Oversee the integration and management of various tools within the GTM tech stack, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with company goals
  • Develop analytics frameworks to generate actionable insights, optimize strategies, and measure outcomes related to integration performance and impact
  • Provide ongoing technical support by addressing integration challenges, troubleshooting issues, updating code to accommodate end-system schema changes, and ensuring consistent and reliable system performance
