Part-Time Events Coordinator

Summary

Join ShiftCare as a Part-Time Event Manager to manage and prioritize events across Australia, US, and Canada. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to align event strategies and lead the planning and execution of quarterly customer events in Australia.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven success in event management
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple events and stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate across time zones and work with international teams
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, manage, and prioritize ShiftCare’s events pipeline across Australia, US, and Canada
• Set ambitious event goals, define KPIs, and measure success to ensure alignment with key business objectives
• Be the driving force behind the logistics, ensuring every detail is handled to create smooth, impactful events
• Lead the planning and execution of ShiftCare’s quarterly customer events in Australia
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to align event strategies with our big-picture goals
• Partner with the North American sales team to manage their event pipeline, with semi-regular early morning meetings (6/7am Sydney time)
• Roll up your sleeves at local events, managing everything from setup to breakdown, ensuring a flawless experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the NDIS or healthcare industry is a bonus!
