Requirements

• Someone currently following a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or any related studies in a Dutch university
• Someone fluent in both written and spoken English
• Someone proficient in MS office and Google apps
• Someone interested in the broad marketing field, with creative and critical thinking
• Someone with good organizational skills, a problem solving mindset, who also enjoys working in international, diverse, and often remote teams
• Someone proactive, who is able to work well under pressure and adapt easily and quickly to changes in a highly international environment
• Someone with a positive attitude, enthusiasm and eagerness to learn

Responsibilities

• Process improvements: Ownership of projects concerning internal process optimization to enhance overall marketing ecosystem performance
• Internal marketing communications: Creating and facilitating the send out of our internal email marketing communications
• Support in the implementation of sales materials: Assist in the development and implementation of sales supporting material such as brochures, sell sheets, newsletters, product change notifications etc
• Customer technical datasheet management: Administrate and support the process for product portfolio management e.g., (raise new product requests, update product attributes, maintain technical datasheets)
• Support in handling customers' FAQs on various sustainability topics
• Join the team in creative brainstorming for a diverse range of projects
