Summary
Join Virti, a fast-growing company revolutionizing experiential education, as a Marketing Manager. You will lead the delivery of marketing strategies and campaigns to drive demand generation. Collaborating with Sales, CX, LX, and Product teams, you will spearhead innovative initiatives to enhance brand visibility and generate external interest. This UK-based, fully remote role is initially a 6-month contract with potential for permanency. You will be responsible for executing GTM plans, managing ABM campaigns, planning marketing programs, overseeing events, reporting on metrics, and refining buyer personas. The ideal candidate possesses strong B2B marketing experience in a growth startup environment.
Requirements
- 2 + years of marketing experience in a b2b growth start up
- Experience in executing on GTM plans, and adjusting these as the company grows
- Growing audiences and generating high-quality opportunities through targeting solutions with efficient and effective campaigns
- Hands-on, ability to execute and deliver results without a big team in the background
- Creative, self-driven, and with strong initiative
- Experience writing content
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to execute the GTM plan
- Manage and optimise multi-touch ABM campaigns, focusing on tactical delivery and measurable outcomes
- Plan and execute programs and campaigns that build awareness and drive engagement with Virtiβs products throughout the customer journey
- Oversee event planning and execution
- Regularly report on funnel metrics, analyze performance, and implement data-driven optimizations
- Refine the ICP and develop detailed buyer personas to guide targeted marketing efforts
- Work with external resources to develop a content plan aligned with the overall marketing strategy
- Manage relationships with agencies, ensuring high-quality deliverables for website optimization, SEO, digital presence, and content
- Coordinate digital content strategies across online platforms, driving traffic, engagement, and lead generation
- Monitor and measure marketing activity results, using insights to refine future campaigns
- Design and implement creative, tactical marketing strategies that effectively distribute content and enhance brand visibility
