Summary
Join Allied Global Marketing's Gaming Partnerships team as a part-time, paid, fully remote intern. This undergraduate or graduate-level internship offers the chance to work on exciting projects with major game publishers. Responsibilities include compiling contact details, creating case studies, updating client materials, documenting partnerships, researching industry trends, and participating in brainstorming sessions. The internship requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication skills. The position is remote, working Pacific Time hours, and requires a commitment of 24-28 hours per week. Successful candidates must be currently enrolled in a relevant academic program and meet specific eligibility criteria.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age upon internship start date
- Be currently enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate program
- Be able to work between 24-28 hours per week during operating hours Mon-Fri 9am β 6pm PT
- Live in the US and do not require sponsorship
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of file set-up, maintenance, filing procedures, basic math, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and English usage
- Be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel, in person, via email and on the telephone
- Be able to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions
- Be able to organize and schedule work effectively
- Be able to work well under time constraints in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to handle multiple tasks
- Be able to work independently
- Be able to work flexible hours, including overtime, when necessary
Responsibilities
- Compile contact details for promotional pitch lists and conduct initial outreach (cold emailing)
- Assemble partnership case studies for competitive recaps and client briefings
- Update and maintain client and partner-facing materials, e.g., client status reports & pitch presentations
- Document Allied-secured partnerships for internal company archives
- Research potential partners and industry trends to identify suitable brands for prospective campaigns
- Participate in creative team brainstorms for upcoming projects
- Other daily administrative tasks (data entry, etc.) as needed
