Sales And Marketing Intern

Summary

Join UKG's Summer 2025 Sales and Marketing Internship program, a 12-week full-time remote opportunity for rising Juniors and Seniors. This immersive program offers hands-on experience within a go-to-market team, focusing on sales or marketing tracks. Interns will participate in professional development workshops, presentations, and mentorship. The program provides exposure to UKG's award-winning culture and impactful projects. The internship runs from May 19th to August 8th and pays $20-$25/hour. Applicants must be eligible to work in the US without restrictions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or another related field
• Able to commit to a full-time 40-hour schedule, Mon – Fri for 12 weeks
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Eligible to work in the US with no restrictions

Responsibilities

• Work four days a week as a functional member within a go-to-market team
• Work one day a week within cohort groups
• Participate in multiple Professional Development Workshops
• Develop multiple individual and group presentations
• Engage in one-to-one mentorship with sales leaders
• Work in one of the following sales tracks: Business Development, Sales Executive Support, Customer Relationship Management, Presales, UKG Strategic Partners, Sales Talent Scout
• Work in one of the following marketing tracks: Marketing Communications, Human Insights, Customer Engagement, Creative and Brand, Marketing Operations

• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
