Requirements

• Experience in student organizations, university projects, or international programs
• Passion for new technologies and using AI in everyday tasks
• A genuine interest in marketing , even if you haven’t worked in the field before
• Flexibility, creativity , proactivity and open-mindedness
• Openness to adapting to a constantly changing work environment
• Communication skills and transparency
• Teamplayer approach and a love of teamwork
• Availability to work from the office in Gliwice at least once a week
• Fluency in Polish and English (C1+ level) to easily communicate with colleagues and clients

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience with real marketing work, diving into all aspects of the field
• Contribute to marketing campaigns (helping with event marketing etc.)
• Act on social media channels (creating designs, writing posts, publishing reels)
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, sharing new ideas

Preferred Qualifications

• Copywriting skills
• Photography, video, and editing skills
• Analytical thinking , ability to work with metrics and draw conclusions
