Responsibilities

• Rapidly review and validate new property leads (45-60 seconds per lead)
• Utilize advanced techniques like Google Maps analysis and reverse image search to verify property locations and addresses
• Conduct swift financial assessments of properties based on ADR, occupancy rates, and revenue projections
• Identify and manage duplicate leads to maintain database integrity
• Enrich lead data using various tools and manual research methods
• Ensure seamless data flow between WanderOS (WOS) and Hubspot CRM
