Responsibilities

  • Compile and analyze sales data, discerning sales trends
  • Bring insights and share deliverables with sales operations manager and revenue team leadership
  • Enter and organize data in the customer relationship management (CRM) platform (Hubspot)
  • Process and create dashboard and reporting framework for sales teams and marketing campaigns
  • Governance and production of CRM dashboards and data integrity
  • Enhance reporting and analytical deliverables through user feedback
  • Analyze sales territory data and provide regular contact lists exports to field sales and BDE teams for prospecting
  • Integrate multiple data sources to address business questions and to develop data driven actionable recommendations for the business
  • Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and business development to create KPI and performance dashboards
  • Identify and highlight abnormal trends within sales performance and/or territory data
  • Collaborate with business development team and leadership to build target lists and weekly reporting
  • Understanding of marketing analytics and ability to serve as a SME on marketing lead flow data
  • Design and implementation of sales reporting tools
  • Becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in running, maintaining and ensuring that the reports are updated and distributed to upper management for their review in a timely manner
  • Experience with creating executive reporting and analysis for monthly and quarterly reviews and meetings
  • Ability to interface and regularly interface with VP level and above
  • Actively monitoring key performance indicators and ensures field force effectiveness
