Join ClassDojo as the 0 to 1 Marketing Leader and play a critical role in experimenting with and scaling go-to-market (GTM) strategies to accelerate network and revenue growth. Collaborate with co-founders and cross-functional teams to create and test innovative marketing strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of driving network growth and revenue generation, particularly within subscription-based or marketplace models. You will translate data, research, and intuition into effective GTM tactics. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in marketing or growth, focusing on consumer products and GTM strategies. Requirements
- Have at least 8 years of experience in marketing or growth, with a strong focus on consumer products and GTM strategies
- Successfully led marketing efforts that resulted in significant market-channel fit and growth
- Have experience in high-growth environments, ideally as part of the founding team or in a role with equivalent accountability
- Have a deep understanding of how to drive both network growth and revenue generation, particularly within subscription-based or marketplace models with strong network effects
- Possess a strong grasp of marketing strategy, from product positioning to go-to-market execution, and are skilled at experimenting with new approaches to drive results
- Have a strong creative intuition and understand what resonates with consumers
- Be skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, and be able to translate insights into actionable GTM strategies
- Thrive in resource-constrained environments and be comfortable moving quickly to test and scale new ideas
- Have clear and concise communication, enabling you to articulate complex ideas effectively to a variety of stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Experiment with and scale go-to-market (GTM) strategies designed to accelerate ClassDojoโs network and revenue growth from the ground up
- Grow ClassDojo to the next order of magnitude, while deepening love for our brand
- Collaborate closely with our co-founders, CTO, Head of Product, Head of Marketing, and cross-functional teams to create and test innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our network of tens of millions of children and families
- Turn data, research, and intuition into effective GTM tactics that drive significant growth

- Salary ranges (United States): CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT states: $200,000 - $278,000 (USD)
- Salary ranges (United States): All other states in the US: $170,000 - $236,500 (USD)
