CookUnity is hiring a Marketing Manager for its expanding B2B department. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing digital and traditional marketing channels. Minimum requirements include strong analytical thinking, 5 years of marketing experience, and proficiency in data analysis and optimization.

Requirements

• Strong analytical thinking and action-oriented execution
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive business objectives
• Ability to understand data-driven results and the actions needed to optimize campaigns
• Experience in optimizing Marketing budgets of 6 figures or more
• Experience in managing digital marketing platforms and conversion rate optimization

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee the entire marketing process, from ideation to completion
• Drive campaigns across diverse channels, including digital, social media, content, and traditional marketing avenues
• Establish the corresponding KPIs to measure the success of marketing efforts associated with the company's business objectives
• Leverage data analytics to evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies for optimal results
• Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in startup environments
• Experience in B2B marketing, lead generation and organization of institutional events
