Summary

Join EFG (ESL FACEIT Group) as a remote Marketing Manager (EU region only) and collaborate with top game publishers to drive marketing initiatives for the Esports World Cup. Develop and execute joint marketing strategies, create compelling marketing content, and analyze campaign performance. You will act as a key liaison, building strong relationships with publishers and ensuring seamless integration of branding and messaging at the event. This role requires strong communication, collaboration, and a deep understanding of gaming culture and esports. The position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and contribute to the growth of the Esports World Cup.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partnerships or gaming industry experience preferred
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and partnerships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Deep understanding of gaming culture, esports ecosystems, and player communities
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with creative teams, content producers, media agencies, product management, and external stakeholders
  • Experience working with intercultural teams and diverse audiences
  • Excellent English copywriting skills
  • Proficiency in developing presentation materials and crafting comprehensive marketing plans

Responsibilities

  • Partner Collaboration: Serve as the primary marketing contact for game publishers, ensuring open communication and alignment on marketing goals
  • Campaign Strategy : Develop and execute joint marketing strategies with game publishers, utilizing both internal and external resources to maximize visibility and engagement
  • Content Development: Collaborate with game publishers to co-create compelling marketing content, including trailers, social media assets, and event promotions, that adhere to both partiesโ€™ brand guidelines
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign success, providing detailed performance reports and insights to internal and external stakeholders
  • Event Coordination: Lead marketing efforts for game-specific activations at the Esports World Cup event, ensuring seamless integration of publisher branding and messaging
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-term relationships with game publishers, identifying opportunities for deeper collaboration and innovative marketing initiatives
  • Industry Trends: Stay informed about trends in gaming and esports, incorporating relevant insights into marketing strategies
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with internal teams, including Content, Social Media, Performance, Product, Sales, and Operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to partner initiatives
