Requirements
- Successful track record in senior marketing role with a technical product
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, events, and product marketing
- Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
- In depth experience pulling, manipulating, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to build a comprehensive strategy
- Experience creating tracking tools and KPIs to monitor success
- Experience shortening lead times and sales cycles
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to uncover insights for developing marketing and branding strategies to increase demand, and grow the brandβs presence in the market
- Oversee and grow the marketing department
- Identify short- and long-term scheduling and resource needs, including development and management of annual marketing budget, profit-and-loss projections, and expenditures
- Develop key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable strategies and initiatives for marketing team
- Lead development of marketing strategy through deep qualitative and quantitative research
- Spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns, including test and control group segmentation, testing, tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendations
- Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive customer interest and sales
- Conduct meetings regularly with the team to review pipeline, resolve challenges, and brainstorm possible solutions, and provide training to ensure team is consistently performing above standard
- Attend conventions, conferences, and trade shows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and provide post-event reports and analysis
- Stay up to date on the product, market, competitors, and other noteworthy trends

- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with campaign, content management, and other marketing software
- Experience in B2B software
