Summary

Join our team as a Marketing Manager and lead downstream strategic and tactical marketing activities for Included Health, driving lead generation and sales enablement through the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to articulate and promote Included Health’s value proposition and competitive positioning to prospective health plan and public sector customers, as well as existing partners
  • Design, develop, and implement innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to generate interest and high-quality leads among health plan and public sector buyers, supporting growth objectives and driving pipeline opportunities for the Sales team
  • Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, webinars, events, digital/social programs, advertising, direct mail, content syndication, and website enhancements
  • Lead marketing efforts to enhance client engagement and drive awareness of Included Health’s offerings among health plan clients, fostering deeper consideration and brand loyalty
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Client Success teams to create targeted sales materials, including presentation decks, and provide training to the sales team to ensure alignment and effectiveness
  • Align health plan and public sector marketing efforts with brand and product positioning, staying attuned to the competitive landscape and the evolving needs of prospects and clients
