Requirements
- 5+ years of developing multi-channel marketing plans and executing successful campaigns
- Experience marketing across the customer lifecycle, utilizing both βmid-funnelβ and direct response channels/tactics
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive initiatives, balancing speed and quality of execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience with adapting content & communication styles to influence executive stakeholders and external partners
- Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and operating with autonomy to drive results
- A collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional stakeholders to solve problems and overcome obstacles
- Comfort with using Business Intelligence dashboards to review marketing performance, uncover insights, and drive improvement actions
- Experience with marketing automation tools like Braze a plus
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) a plus
- Experience in a regulated industry, especially financial services a plus
Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies for assigned co-brand card programs, with scope ranging across acquisition and customer engagement
- Synthesize consumer trends, marketplace reviews, customer insights, and marketing best practices to build and deliver high impact marketing
- Develop business cases for marketing programs and tactics that fit within budget
- Lead end-to-end marketing campaign execution by partnering with creative teams, external agencies / partner marketing teams, and vendors
- Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving desired KPIβs (including impact on acquisition, lifetime value, and retention as relevant)
- Propose analytical and research projects to generate deeper insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
- Review existing marketing programs for improvement opportunities within budget constraints
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing strategies, tactics, budgets, and results
